Was in the mood for something offbeat and sexually charged. The first film that jumped to mind was Sex and Lucia. But our DVD is another region, and our multi-region DVD player is boxed up for now. This was the third time I'd seen Y tu and I got much more out of it this time around. A gorgeous film, beautifully photographed, with great writing and wonderful performances. An overwhelming sense of melonchaly fills the film, though it remains upbeat and funny through most of it.
